A pair was at the current location of Cypress Park. One had a gourmet Duck dinner: the one on a dry spot in the midst of the pond, and which flew up into a tree with dinner. You can see the Duck in its talons in the pictures of it in the old, dead Loblolly.

Its mate flew low over the pond at one point, spooking maybe 10-20 Ducks, making them flap their wings and move across the water but not take off and fly. The Eagle flew into a tree on the other side of the pond.

You can see them both in the dead Loblolly, the picture taken at a distance. After a while, they flew off together down Cypress Creek.
